Hello everybody
I think welcome emails are a little intimidating for new comers if the
volume is big. However they also reflect the warmth of the group and aids
in familiarity with other members. Keeping in mind that a newcomer is
disturbed to the extent that he/she needs a meeting daily and is willing to
give that much time to the program.
If there is some monitoring as to how many welcome emails ( say max 5 or 6
) are permissible to a new comer that could possibly lead to a solution.
