Good morning everyone -

I'm not convinced it's the welcome emails that scare newcomers off. In my opinion it's the sheer volume of the daily meetings. That's why I like Jerry's idea of a newcomer meeting, or "meeting lite". Kind of like learning to swim in the shallow end first, rather than jumping straight into the deep end.
