            Yes I am, let's leave it now and start afresh in August.

> 2.  What do we know about the Business Meetings ability to respond to the
friction in this group in terms of Al-Anon's primary purpose and it's
resources? 

            We are now openly discussing the fact that there is a problem

> 2. How do you think this can be resolved? Will you be part of the solution
or the problem? How can our discussions be consistent with Al-Anon's
spiritual principles? 

            Yes I believe it can be resolved, with everyone being willing to
be part of the solution.  I'm up for that.!

> 3.  Would a inventory of the Business Meeting in the month of August or
September be beneficial? 

            I think an  inventory may help to clear the air, and then let us
start anew, all focused on the some outcome. Unity.

> 

> 4.  What do we wish we knew? What additional information do we need before
moving forward?

            Do we know anyone who may be willing to take on one of the
vacant roles?

If you do know someone would you be prepared to shoulder tap them for one of
the roles and offer to support them if they put their resume forward?

            We should be having discussion, vote and where ever unanimity,
I'm not sure where we are in this process. 

            Additional information that would be helpful is a job
description for each of the vacant roles, along with a list of skills needed
to perform the role.

            How can we make these service positions attractive, is our
behaviour attractive?

 

 

Lastly I'd like to offer some words we use in my service role at home - 

Everyone contributes to the success of our meeting.  

Speak clearly, keep to the point, do not repeat yourself or say again what
others have already said. 

Let's keep each other and ourselves on the issue.  

Let's help each other understand when there seems to be confusion.
