            I'm ambiguous.....I have absolutely no problem either way.

            I can only speak for myself, as I try to keep principles above personalities and
remember Al-Anon's primary purpose, plus work hard to rely on  the Traditions.

            I certainly hope I am part of the solution,keeping in mind I don't always recognize
when I am the problem, I would hope someone would "gently" remind me if I am.
In regard to keeping my discussion consistent with Al-Anon's principles, I strive to remember
QTIP - it's not personal.

            I have always been a supporter of group inventory in our f2f meetings, even though I know there
are members who hate them.  I believe a successful group inventory is dependent on each individual's
self examination of how I participate, my behaviors, my attitude.  Me/I - not You/Them

moving forward?

    I already feel so inundated/overwhelmed with information, that I do not know what additional I could/would absorb.
For myself - back to the basics, and keep it simple would be helpful.

I do not know if these were on the original list of questions, which I cannot find in my many emails.  They are not numbered, so I will answer in case they were (as I number them).
If not - take what you like and leave the rest.

5.           Do we know anyone who may be willing to take on one of the
vacant roles?

     I have always encouraged my sponsees to do Service, and I have continued this practice in ASP.  However, at this time, with
the way the last business meeting went, I would not do so. I would not discourage them, but I would not initiate recruitment at
the moment.

6.  If you do know someone would you be prepared to shoulder tap them for one of
the roles and offer to support them if they put their resume forward?

     I would not shoulder tap them, however, I would definitely offer and would support them.
