1. My program is personal and unique to me. Meetings, CAL, HP

2. I enjoyed being greeter chair as I had the dual opportunity to help new folks find their start as well as be a voice among the steering committee. 

3. As the executive director of a long term care facility I apply the principles of this program practically every ten minutes. My favorite lesson has been my ability to allow others their complaints without the need to jump in and fix it if it isn't mine to fix.
