I think it's of the utmost importance to honor consensus, both as a member and as a trusted servant.  It's my understanding of the program that consensus us reached after every voice has been heard and that the majority does not rule.

As I've grown in my program,  I try to practice this in all my affairs. I've learned not to pout and whine. It's much more pleasant to move on, even when I don't get my way.  Just heat me, as I try to hear you.
