[Businessmtg] Business Meeting: Agenda item 2 OT's

Hello business meeting members, so glad we are providing service to our
group!

This agenda item, in my opinion, is loaded. There are too many topics (OTs,
new website, trusted servants, defining roles of said service positions,
funding) to call this a single agenda item.
Let's say, for the sake of discord, that all the items aforementioned are
in fact one agenda item, then these are the first questions that come to
mind for me.

Question 1: Did we, in a business meeting, already have a vote on OT's?
Question 2: If not, should we perhaps have a vote on that issue prior to
even discussing the transfer of OT's elsewhere?
Question 3: Why has it been suggested that *this* agenda item would be
voted on in the next business meeting?

Issues which would result in a major change to ASP or are controversial in
nature will have a delayed discussion and voting procedure:

*Month 1: * Announcement of topic followed by truncated discussion to
illuminate issues.  Discussion limited to 1 week.
*Month 3:*  Full discussion of topic.  Discussion may be extended to
following month(s) as needed.
*Month 5+:* Voting on motion."
