I agree 100% that our welcome letter can and should be more simply stated.
And there should definitely be instructions somewhere regarding how to
request ESH.
Regarding the website, I may be the webmaster for 7 more months, but it is
OUR site. The Steering Committee ultimately decides what does and doesn't
go up on the site, but I welcome any and all suggestions and I'm sure other
members of the SC feel the same.
