[Businessmtg] ASP business meeting email format question

Hey folks,
I have 2 questions:
1.) Can anyone tell me if it's acceptable on the business meeting to reply
all, I'm wondering if that's how we create the thread-like emails? Which
does everyone prefer, so I follow suit?
In the meanwhile, I'm going to old school it with a fresh message.
2.) Is it possible that those in this particular business meeting use
google docs (I think it's free) or something akin to that -where we may be
able to mark up (meaning editing that is visible) to the asp pages we are
referring to?
3.) Jane, or anyone technically advanced in this area, have a better way of
explaning on my behalf what I'm trying to say here, or other ideas on how
we can get each other more visuals of what's going on in our individual
heads?
