[Businessmtg] I do not "reply all"

I never "reply all" despite Laura's statement. 

I start each email with the fresh addresses I have stored in my address books - always. 

Sometimes I add additional individual addresses as I did with this email. 

Trying to keep up with who said what and responses to everything when content is "hidden" behind reply-all threads is a nightmare. Please, everyone, send your emails as stand-alones. It makes sorting through the dozens of messages something akin to possible.
