Just as a point of information: starting a new email and adding multiple
addresses will also send the email into rejection.

This list, like the recovery list, will reject any email with more than one
addressee, whether it is in the To, CC or BCC fields.

(And if we need to talk about that in a business meeting, someone needs to
tell me :)
