[Businessmtg] changing server settings to allow multiple recipients

I agree with all the points Steve outlines.  It would make it more like a F2F business meeting.  Because I had to start a new thread for this, maybe many of you will not even know what Steve's points were.  If I am not allowed to reply all, and not allowed to copy his original post, it forces people to have to go looking to previous posts to find his suggestions.  Not very efficient, and leads to confusion, I think.
