Hi all, 

I'm beginning to think (I suspect) that this threading problem is a byproduct of using tablets and phones when sending messages instead of computers. Both of my Kindles receive threaded messages where my computer receives the exact same emails individually. If my suspicions are correct (for reasons way beyond my pay grade) then this problem will only get worse and worse as more members move away from towers and laptop computers toward hand-held devices. A little worse would be bad enough. Exponentially worse would be intolerable. 

Can we please try a temporary experiment? Announce that ASP admin folks will stop approving "reply all" bounced messages for posting for a [day or week]. Let our system reject all "reply all" messages for that period. Don't make any efforts to forward the bounced messages back to the list. Repeat the announcement daily. Then we'll see what folks think so we can make an informed decision one way or the other. 

Quite frankly I'm finding this new trend - and it IS new to me since I started using my Kindle interface - so disturbing I resist checking in with ASP as regularly as I used to.
