[Businessmtg] Point of order

While I'm new here, I've tried to read everything on the web site about how
this works in ASP. What I read said that we use a KBDM process and that "All
motions are out of order during the KBDM phase of the group conscience".

Plus, the List Administrator's motion includes things that have not been
mentioned such as the Secretary forming a committee and a template.  I
thought I'd heard that there was already a core of a committee from the
last business meeting headed up by Jerry.

Motion:  I move that the ASP Secretary form a temporary committee/work
group of interested ASP members to produce a template for the Newcomers
Page on the ASP Members website to be presented to the Business Meeting.
