The topic under discussion is: 
That a temporary committee be formed, answerable to the Business
Committee, to reassess ASP's newcomer-related materials and how ASP could
better serve newcomer needs."

Sorry if I jumped the gun in submitting a motion! I wish to withdraw the motion. 

This topic is not a KBDM topic but merely to find whether or not we want to have a committee to reassess the needs of the newcomers.
