[Businessmtg] A reminder about voting

Since we have so many newcomers to the business meeting, I thought I would
send out a reminder about how the voting works:


   - The voting period on anything lasts 7 days
   - We may not continue discussion on the issue at hand while the voting
   is going on.
   - I will announce the results of the vote at the end of the voting
   period.
   - In the meantime, we may move onto the next item on the agenda (which I
   will send out shortly)
