[Businessmtg] Next Agenda Item - Beginner Packets

The next item on the agenda is a housekeeping item:

"Does ASP want to fund and restart the Beginners Packet program or should
we move to cancel the motion which created it?"

While I was part of the business meeting that decided this issue, I have
little recollection of the details. As I understand it, after the business
meeting voted to start the Beginners Packet program it somehow languished.

Jerry, could you explain to us the history behind this?
