[Businessmtg] Housekeeping: please do not reply all

Hi, again I am seeing an uptick of posts where people are hitting reply
all. Please be thoughtful in your actions - a reply all will be rejected by
the server, requiring me to manually go in and approve posts.

If you want to reply to a thread because you are addressing specific items
in a previous email (such as questions, etc), please do a reply and set the
To to businessmtg at asp-afg.org. This preserves the threading.

If you are not addressing specific issues, but are letting your opinion be
known, please start a new email and address it to businessmtg at asp-afg.org.

I do personally want to thank everyone that is chiming in with their
opinions, even if it is "no questions" or "I agree". It is making taking
the pulse of this meeting so much easier on me without having to resort to
a straw poll to determine consensus.
