[Businessmtg] Call for motion to table this item at the business meeting level

The opinions I have been getting bore out my gut on this issue - there is
no majority opinion on whether to rescind the previous motion to create
newcomer packets or to table the issue pending the opinion of the newcomer
committee.

No one expressed an interest in restarting it outright, so we can ignore
that option.

So far the opinions have been:
1) Rescind.
2) Rescind and reinstate if that is the recommendation of the newcomer
committee
3) Table the motion pending the recommendation of the newcomer committee

I will add a fourth option: table the issue entirely and address it at the
next business meeting.

We need to come to some sort of conclusion on this so we can move on to the
website items on the agenda, which are critical to the functioning of the
group and the steering committee.

Since we do not have any sort of majority, much less on we can vote on, I
would like to call for a motion to table this issue and address it as a
business meeting in the next meeting (July).

Please note: this tabling does not mean that we will send it to the
newcomer committee. It means that we will pick up right where we left off
in July, and decide either to send it to the newcomer committee or rescind
or both at that point.
