[Businessmtg] Request for immediate election of new Secretary

I do not see the need for an 'immediate' or 'urgent' election of a
secretary, especially one that interrupts or takes the place of the meeting
in progress.

There are several solutions:  1.  Call a "special meeting" for the purpose
of electing a secretary; 2.  Wait until the next regularly scheduled
meeting for electing a secretary so ASP's process of election can take
place; and  3. Have a volunteer(s) from the Steering Committee fill in
temporarily until the regular meeting process and vetting of volunteers for
the secretary job are completed.
