[Businessmtg] Request for immediate election of new Secretary

Thanks BJ - you are correct there is no urgency to fill the ASP Secretary position. 

The List Admin. Fills the role until such time as a new Secretary is voted in. ASP Secretary will be on the agenda in July along with a member at large. 

This meeting has gone many months on the past without a Secretary.
