Hi all.   I have seen myself react during the contentious interchanges and emotions in this meeting like I often have in life: withdraw, shut up, and keep my head down.  Learning experience.  I do not like conflict, it really upsets me, and I often have trouble recognizing that it can also be constructive.  And I want to be the "peacemaker" and make everyone feel better.  But I will not try that here!     So, I guess I can say thank you in one regard for all this drama, I have recognized some important things about myself :)
