Thanks Jerry for your comments; yes the Conflict Resolution kits are great.  (They are also meant for dealing with conflict everywhere) 

I posted the following to the Steering Committee back in March

Tonight at my f2f meeting I noticed some notes I had in the back of my Al-Anon/Alateen Groups at Work 2014-2017 - I hope that you all have a copy or at least a copy of the Al-Anon/Alateen Service Manual 2014-2017.. if you do not have a copy you can download it from the al-anon.org website for free. 

Please take some time and read the following though in
