[Businessmtg] Conflict resolution

Hi biz friends.  The H4t page for today states as follows:  " Yet I know if
I do what I've always done, I'll get what I've always gotten. Alanon
encourages me to apply new behavior and to trust the results. "  The first
part sounds like the definition of insanity to me...

So I am going to go out on a limb and try some new behavior and trust the
results.  Oh and btw, I am not in a hurry.   This is Al-Anon, *not* a
corporate biz meeting.  You know, the journey, let it begin with
me......humility.  Program is important to me, for my sanity/recovery, that
I walk the talk and talk the walk.  Principles over personalities.  Listen
and learn.  Let it begin with me.

For me, I think what this other member said is important for the health of
the my recovery and the meeting.  And the health of future meetings and
generations to come.    "At such times it may be beneficial  to set aside
the order of business and address the conflict problem until such time as
reasonable work can resume. "

I would like to know if we, as a group, can discuss "setting aside the
order of business and address the conflict problem".
