[Businessmtg] interpersonal conflict in this mtg

Dear biz meeting members,
When one of you has something that should go to just one member, especially if it is fraught with conflict and emotion,  I feel uncomfortable being copied on it.  There is this saying in the management world which I like and have always used as it is effective and kind: "Praise in public, criticize in private".  I know it is not an Al-Anon slogan, but I think it is good practice.  I feel like I am snooping when I get these highly charged emails with accusations and hurt feelings that are directed between people here.   Maybe it is just me.  But this is the kind of conflict I am endeavoring to rescue myself from almost every day in my own life.  The feelings it causes when I see these emails exacerbate the problems I am dealing with at home.
