[Businessmtg] Conflict resolution AS A GROUP

Faith and those who may benefit from this,

I have come to learn something in my 1.5 years in Alanon:
years in Alanon and resumes of service *does not *= a healthy Alanoner.
This created feelings of sadness, discouragement and fear.  However, i have
used the enlightenment to stay the course of this program to the death.  I
am incredibly grateful for my willingness to open my eyes and see what I
didn't want to.  I wish someone warned me of this earlier in program or let
me know I was not a peon.  Perhaps, via the love and will of my HP I was
fortunate enough not to latch on to "old-timers" just because they had more
years in the program than I.

I learn amazing things from the newest members of Alanon.  In this business
meeting some of the best ideas to resolve numerous issues have come from
folks that are experiencing their first business meeting.
 I encourage *everyone* to share and discuss on ways to make ASP better.
There are no leaders in Alanon-If it feels that way, here at ASP (for
whatever reason), it ought to be stated to protect our personal wellbeing
and that of our Group.
