[Businessmtg] Conflict resolution

Hi biz friends.  It's a brand new day.

I am a humble peon in this biz meeting working to understand all the things
that are going on.

Since, this is my very first exposure to the back end workings of a live
Alanon program, I was wondering, making a suggestion here, and this may be
a tall order, but if all of you who have gone before us in this program, in
higher levels in program, which there seems to be qualifications for,
working program, to be on these committees, would you please help the rest
of us and show us how you would resolve the current conflicts?

Certainly all of you have great skill sets from the earth world to do an
amazing job on this site.

I think it would be good for my recovery anyway.  I don't know about
others.  This meeting is a life line for me.  I really really really need
serenity for my recovery, not forcing a solution, working it for me and my
serenity.

I am home bound at this time, I logged over 3k doctor visits miles last
year and am preparing to start another round of physical therapy, sigh, and
without this site, I would never have found a sponsor who helps, supports,
and has helped me in ways I cannot even explain, well, I probably can,
sigh...; ).

I am using my prayer and meditation for me.  My self care and
humility.....These are *my thoughts and words.  *

Just trying to mind my own biz and say what I mean, mean what I say and not
say it mean.....Sigh......ugh.....
