[Businessmtg] ASP Business::clarifying questions re:agenda item 3

Sandie,
I may be misreading something...
I read the first line of the web linked document (with email exchanges
amongst the Streering Committee) sent earlier by Jane AS [there had been
approval (via a poll/vote maybe) of the public website].
Can you direct me to where it was approved/voted on that Jane was
authorized to create a new Members site that would be used and accepted
without needing a vote/poll?
Seperate from this, I would like to thank Jane for putting in the labor of
love as she called and that I can see. Very grateful for your efforts Jane!
