Thank you Jerry -
There has been no decision on how we will proceed.. at this time I agree that going page by page will be the likely way that this will proceed.
At this time - everyone should be completing their KBDM questions and sending them in to the meeting. Discussion will follow after Everyone completed the KBDM. The KBDM is not on all of the emails etc., Just on each members personal thoughts on the actual website.
One thing that we all need to remember is Presume Goodwill. Everyone in this meeting wants the best for Al-Anon as a whole and for A Serenity Place.
Sandie

I was, however, a SC member shortly after the fact when attempts were being made to censure, moderate, and delist ASP's founder, Steve - principally Sandie, Laura, and Jane - because of his positions in defense of principles regarding these changes and additions we're now being asked to discuss and accept (or not).

There is no question that Steve claimed his responses were regarding appearance only. Even now it is clear that the poll set up to demonstrate how the polling feature would work can not be stretched into an official Group Conscience approving content changes.

An acceptable solution should not be to take the questionable poll results as a given, but to simply review Jane's work product against the original language and content and make assessments based on any differences where they occur.

The only way to arrive at a healthy solution I can see is that we all lay down our swords and shields, we re-address the document content, then come to an acceptable resolution and then move on.
