[Businessmtg] Business meeting: letter to trusted servants

Hello all,
I would like to take this time to thank our trusted servants that are in
this business meeting. I will post something similar to the recovery
meeting (if that is acceptable practices?)

Sandie,
Thank you for serving as our list administrator for the past 2 years.  I am
grateful that you offered your personal time to serve ASP in such a
position that I imagine required a lot of it. Not only did you serve by
maintaining the integrity and safety of our online meeting, we had  minimal
technical issues during your term!
You also kept us aware of newsletters from the Al-Anon family groups, wso
and the like, served as the point of contact with the wso, served as the
chair of the steering committee and recently handled the duties of ASP
secretary (chairing the business meeting, daily chair oversight and greeter
committee oversight).  Your commitment to serving your position, as long as
personally possible, is greatly admired and  gratitude is of surplus.

Thank you for serving as our webmaster. You ensured access to the
server/website for current and new members while being available for any
technical questions that may have arisen.  The public and member websites
contain a lot of information and maintaining its accuracy is vital to our
current and future members. Your attention to detail and eagerness to offer
your time and abilities whenever needed is inspiring!
