[Businessmtg] Motion 13/motion 7/motion 14

Hi Folks.  Looking up in the "motions made" section on the ASP website, I
find Motion 13 " that a temporary committee be formed, answerable to the
business committee, to reassess ASP's newcomer related materials and how
ASP could better serve newcomer needs. " This was in the May 2017 BM.

Passed 34 for, and 0 against and 0 abstentions.

So the committee was formed using the proper channels.   I don't see a
listing of who is currently on it in the business meeting section of the
website, nor do I see a listing for it.

I do see a motion 7 was passed 3/10/2008 to send out Newcomer packets.

Motion 14 passed to rescind motion 7 also in 5/2017

I am not disputing anything, just trying to understand.
