I agree with Anne's interpretation. Temporary approval means that this is a
starting place and that from here on out, all changes will be approved via
clear group conscious process. The ASP website will be a group effort as it
should be. Until now, the process of changing and approving the website was
never clearly spelled out. This will remedy that situation.
