Hi Nora and welcome to our Business Meeting! 

The issue of archiving the ASP recovery meeting shares has recently come up
with some of us in the Steering Committee. On a related note, Anne our
Archivist has raised questions regarding what her duties are. While we
haven't yet had an opportunity to discuss either issue in the SC, both of
these issues are valid topics for the agenda of future Business Meetings. 

The normal method for putting issues on the agenda is to send a note to the
Secretary (or anyone on the Steering Committee) requesting the issue on the
agenda of a future Business Meeting. Since this is not on our current agenda
for this Business Meeting, I'd suggest that we look at this at a future
Business Meeting.

Issues may or may not rise to the top of the list of things for the agenda
depending on how pressing other matters are. Typically, the Steering
Committee discusses the priorities for the coming Business Meeting and
reaches a consensus on the most pressing issues that we need to deal with in
the next Business Meeting. 

FYI  we also have a policy against adding issues to the Business Meeting
agenda after the Business Meeting has started.
