Hi Anne,
Thank you for your service and update. I have a question, am not sure if I
am directing it the right way, this is my first ASP business meeting.
I've noticed that all email our meetings are stored on the members site. I
think that after a couple weeks or months meetings should be deleted and
not be posted on the members site. Given the importance of anonymity and
that we are following the format of F2F meetings, I think all meetings
should be deleted after a certain duration and not posted.
