Great question.
I hope my answer provides clarity and procedure.
The Greeter Chair Postion Vacancy is an Agenda Item.  Just like any other
Agenda item, each requires a discussion and decision (whatever that may be)
by the Business Meeting. This particular Agenda Item requires approval by
election for this trusted servant position.
If there is no members willing to serve, then the Business Meeting would
need to determine what- to do.  Being the Agenda Item has not been closed
we would stay in said item until it is resolved by the Business Meeting.
