Hi.  I was just wondering.  Kristen, not sure why you wanted to set up a
voting poll after the seven day period has ended.  Can you explain this
please?

Also wouldn’t fielding questions for a candidate who submitted a resume
after the seven day period has ended, be added and discussed as an agenda
item at the next business meeting?
