Thank you Jennifer for your service and for answering questions.

I have a few more questions for Jennifer/Jerry/the BM:

Whose name is on the PO Box?
Whose name is on the bank account?
Whose name is on the PayPal account?

I see on our website (Tradition 7 page) that the regular fees for ASP are
$99 for the server, $45 (for 3 years) for the domain name, & $62 for the
P.O. Box.  Jennifer indicated the server fee is taken out automatically, so
I’m wondering how these others fees are paid?
Also on this page, there is mention of a “prudent reserve.”  What I
understand is that this is an amount we want to have in our account to
cover a years worth of bills. Is this a separate account or  ASP’s checking
account? How much is in the Prudent Reserve and are we on track?

Also, Jerry mentioned becoming a non-profit, I know I’m new, did I miss the
meeting when it was decided that ASP would file to be a non-profit? When
did this occur?
