Hi Everyone,

My Experience:  Committees widened my view and was a safe way for me to
practice my voice.  It was my first opportunity to work with others in a
small group manageable way.

My thinking:  We are soaring with newcomers and we are definitely large.
We are also having trouble filling service positions so perhaps trying a
newcomer thought force and task force committee at this time could be
beneficial.   I suggest a chairperson to pull willing members together.

Some Ideas for KBDM I thought to add to what’s been already suggested.
1. smaller getting started newcomer week meeting.
2.  Podcast / speaker Hope for newcomer to be added to website.
3.  Member survey on their ASP welcome
4.  Follow up newcomer committee for reaching out to newbies.
