[Businessmtg] Paper mail from an electronic group

I appreciate the compassionate group thought toward supplying new Al-Anon members with the packet that was my take away prize for  bravery to enter the healing rooms of Al-Anon. I walked in, sat through the whole thing, and left the room feeling empowered for the first time in years. All these actions were physical though, not electronic. 

ASP's electronic format is a platform to offer what is, in my opinion, a better option: copyright compliant electronic information instead of a physical paper packet. 

I will leave the ideas of what should go into a first time visitor packet electronic version when that topic of newcomers is taken up at another meeting in our future. 

I would be in favor of a motion to stop the program. By this I don't mean pause it or put it off. It did not work well for reasons already stated. I would like to chalk it up to a good try and not pursue it again. 

If, in the future, paper mailings seem a good idea to other business meeting attendees, it can be brought up fresh.
