Jerry. Something you said piqued my brain waves, initiated by Steve’s
comments about email. Leading into concept 3.

In describing subscribing/unsubscribing. ASP has simplified the process of
subscribing. I think I’m understanding that this has been done? Was this
an “as needed” decision?

When you say you would like to make it easy to unsubscribe, by pushing a
button, ru giving an opinion versus being neutral and not leading the BM by
giving us your ESH? I’m not understanding. Please need more clarification
here. Talking about making autonomous decisions and concept 3.

ERGO: I think I am asking don’t we need to go thru the ASP processes to
pursue an unsubscribe button? Or is this an as needed practice left up to
the SC?

Also, in regards to your descriptions of “ersatz diary”. Is this expressed
as “as needed” neutral information, or is this you offering ESH? Not sure
here either.

Hope I’m saying all of this right. Please correct me if I’m not.

Thank you for your consideration.

Beverly
