I still believe that we should not archive recovery shares. 

I also believe that we should occasionally purge the inactive ASP former members. I think it would be good to set up a schedule for this purging with specific procedures.  For example, “in even calendar years, ASP’s membership list will be updated. In January of the even calendar year, current members will receive 8 weekly notices giving the member an opportunity to respond  (with a click) to remain on the ASP membership roll.”
