[Businessmtg] Archiving Discussion - Reminder About Motions in our KBDM Process

Biz-Pals, 

A quick reminder that ASP's Knowledge Based Decision Making process
(KBDM) forms motions only when and where a consensus is found in the
discussion phase. Since we are still discussing archiving personal
shares (and may well be discussing it into the new year's Business
Meetings) and no consensus is clear, motions are premature at this time.


The specifics of ASP's KBDM process are on our website. 

Added note: While there are some secondary and tertiary topics we've
tied into the archiving of personal shares discussion [purging as an
example] our primary topic is just the archiving choices we have. I
think it's a good idea to keep to that as much as we can for now. 

Let's set Wednesday evening for tabling this topic until the January BM.
That would give me time to review all the shares so far and put together
a summary of sorts on our progress and get it out to everyone. Also,
there will be a short announcement regarding the Warranties to close us
out for the month.
