Thanks for this thoughtful and meaningful discussion..

My revised opinion on the matters:

Archiving:
After reading and re re re reading all shares
I do not think we should be archiving shares based on following:

-  archiving was done on a technicality w/o any discussion towards  it's
implementation
-If Asp-ers  need  reference.(outside for the daily shares).they Should be
using CAL..
- Some shares archived are very raw and may not be a very healthy point of
reference for a new comer and could cause more harm than good.
(As this happens in meetings .but those shares are not archived)

Purging emails: in my opinion
I agree with the person who discussed Aspers being given an 8 week time
frame whether or not to stay on list. Etc.
