Hi Everyone,

I did some careful hunting around the website and found this via looking at
business meeting motions: ASP service structure adopted by unanimous group
conscience in Feb. 2006. Link is:
http://www.serenitysys.com/A_Serenity_Place/Business/nbm/structure.htm

Since this is the latest group conscience I was able to find on business
structure, I'm guessing that this is the "existing group conscience" that
we are trying to make sure the website text is suppose to be consistent
with. I came up with these areas of concern:

I found these issues in the Founding Policies which may rank as minor typos:

The Group Conscious. No single person speaks for the meeting. A group
conscious is the voice of the meeting. The definition of a group conscious
may vary according to the issue before the meeting. At *A Serenity
Place* taking
the group conscious will follow these guidelines:

--should this be Group Conscience? That's what it gets called elsewhere in
website

No flaming—disciplinary/Netiquette issues will be addressed by Greeting
Committee for general membership, and by the Steering Committee for
habitual abusers or trusted servant problems.

--I'm thinking we want to say Flaming disciplinary/netiquette issues will
be addressed (not no flaming, which would mean we won't address such
issues. Or is this supposed to be No Flaming. Disciplinary/netiquette
issues will be addressed...)

I found the ASP service structure I found (by route of searching through
passed motions) to be quite helpful. I would like to see link fixed (I got
the same error message as Kim C and Emma W when I clicked on the link in
Jerry's email) so that anyone visiting ASP can easily find this

HUGS (Helping Us Gain Serenity), Linda
