Hi Business Meeting,
I still have concerns about the website. I have been sick for the last week
and am now getting caught up.

The content is duplicative in areas which appears disorganized, I.e., the
double section on Documents.

I’m concerned that because we cannot fix a typo in one section and yet
“housekeeping” can be completed in another section without the BM’s
approval that I don’t really know what I’m agreeing to with this website.
It appears arbitrary that some parts can be edited and others cannot and
I’m not comfortable agreeing to content that may or may not be changed. The
way I understand this is the website is essentially our service manual and
everything on it will need to be followed. While this topic was raised in
January’s BM there has not been much discussion about it because filling
trusted servant roles has taken precedence.  Because the website is so
important it seems we need to take our time in reviewing the content
thoroughly.   I’m uncomfortable with the pressure from the Steering
Commitee during this BM to agree to the website.

I believe someone else suggested a workgroup or committee to go through
this information and I would be in favor of this (and am willing to
volunteer)for a more thorough review of the website. I would like to see
this idea entertained by the BM and discussion to occur as to whether or
not a committee should be formed.
