[Businessmtg] September Business Meeting: Greeter Chair Report

Good Morning All, 

The greeters have been busy welcoming and subscribing members.  As Jerry
noted, the numbers of newcomers to our group has grown rapidly since
implementing the new process, we are reaching many.  The greeter team
started following a new approach in May, for those who haven't seen it,
there is a survey/questionnaire on our public page that guides the
newcomer to make their decision to join.  

'If you would like to join us, please click on this link [1] and respond
to the brief questionnaire.' 

This approach is efficient and eliminates the need for multiple
exchanges with a greeter ahead of the actual subscripton, the greeter
still has personal contact with the new member before they are
subscribed. 

Recent numbers:  

June: 194 new members were greeted and subscribed to our meeting
July: 242 new members were greeted and subscribed to our meeting
August: 251 new members were greeted and subscribed to our meeting 

Kudos to our greeters for keeping up with new volumes!
