Hello All!

I'd just like to share that being a new comer, within the past 3 months, I
have reached out several times with not many responses. So, the note about
plenty of direction or welcomes to newcomers is not my experience. I do
believe some sort of committee would be helpful.

With that said I'm still here everyday reading all shares and have not
given up on me just because others are not able to provide me personal ESP.
