[Businessmtg] Initiating an (OT) Subject Line Element

Hi All,
Here’s my chance to Home Shopping Network/QVC/‘The Price is Right’ style hand model some previously warned consequences if the Steering Committee dominance will still persist. I would love help with:
If Kristen’s removal was a unanimous Steering Committee decision that the Business Meeting members should just accept, then what was her name forged in early September Business Meeting emails for? As mentioned: Isn’t this the same Alcoholic home martyr manipulative behavior demonstrated in the setbacks caused by the previous Webmaster, List Administrator and Secretary also justified as ‘Doing God’s Work’/God Conscience? Isn’t Al-Anon God/HP Conscience through group consensus? If the Secretary removal happened without Business Meeting knowledge, then isn’t the List Administrator’s self appointing as Business Meeting Chair illegitimate dominance therefore making this September Business Meeting illegitimately Chaired? I agree with Karen C.: Since Business Meeting members have spoken up previously about the treatment of dominant members towards the Secretary (Kristen) during business meetings, then isn’t the List Administrator patronizingly mentioning members are concerned out of alleged personal involvement just uncalled for deflection common with this dis-ease? If group consensus is to ask Kristen back, then wouldn't the many times suggested group inventory best be immediately conducted with her here in order to proceed (even though WSO involvement is needed in this longtime dominance issue regardless)? Otherwise, why would anyone want to apply to be a Trusted Servant with a proven untrustworthy Steering Committee? Is there a reason my Newcomer Committee questions were not answered? Would there be Business Meeting topic confusion if the original agenda would have commenced with the legitimate Secretary (Kristen) as Business Meeting Chair?  

I asked the Founder if the ‘shivering like sh*tting dogs’ dominant behavior was due to reasonable hurt/fear post traumatic stress from the previous List Administrator (Sandie), Webmaster (Jane) and Secretary (Laura) situation. Though, since continued dominant behavior caused further problems with take over of so many positions, I’d like to ask the List Administrator:
-How did no apology or mention, to especially newcomers, of NO MEETING POSTED ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 3, 2018 help the ASP recovery meeting since Kristen the Secretary was removed? Did I just not receive any of this info? 
-How does the List Administrator dominance help the numerous requests from long time members for the List Administrator/Steering Committee to help with all the Sponsor help requests?  
-How does the List Administrator dominance help all the off topic emails in the recovery meeting not titled in the subject line Off Topic which then confuses members of the daily topic?

How does the List Administrator dominance help recovery instead of dis-ease?
