[Businessmtg] Newcomers

I have been reviewing the suggestions for New comers/new members. 
In June/ July/ August there were 687 requests to join ASP. Not all of these individuals are new to Al anon but I can almost guarantee all of them would benefit from a Newcomers meeting based on the First 3steps, slogans, and sponsorship plus material related to beginning a journey of recovery . 
I am really interested in having a newcomers meeting on a specific day every week.
The day of the meeting could be included in the welcome message, and put on the home page under new members.
I also have been in F2F meetings with and without newcomer meetings. One thing these meeting do is focus on the beginning of recovery. 
The last F2F mtg I attended kept going back to step 1 when a newbie started. This really was frustrating as the meeting topic was interrupted for the on going journey of those regular members.
If one day a week was set for the beginners and any one who wanted a refresher. The benefits to the new member of Al Anon would be vast. The new comers would be given more focus towards recovery and would stay much longer.
