I think that the newcomers committee should be dissolved and a newcomer page on the website should be created. The email that newcomers receive when joining could include some of this info as well. 

I’ve been in Al-Anon off and on for around 35 years and in ASP for almost a year and a half. It saddens me see this rancor. I can truly say that I have never experienced anything like this before in Al-Anon. I think that a Saturday topic addressing BM members’ concerns is a good idea.
